Dr. Tim Hardie

Dr. Tim Hardie is an Associate Professor of Management & Strategy in the Faculty of Business Administration at Lakehead University. Having taught Master's and undergraduate courses in various areas of management, including Strategic Management, Organizational Design, and Management Theory, Tim has embedded his courses into the Thunder Bay community to support municipal development. He also has experience consulting in the healthcare sector and building systems for accreditation.

Tim's academic work has been widely published in journals, including the Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Comparative International Management, and the International Journal of Management in Education.

Tim holds a doctorate from Monash University (Australia), an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Western University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Victoria. Tim lived overseas for over 5 years in Australia, China, Japan, and the UK.
